Starting his career as a construction engineer, he built one of Lithuania’s leading real estate development companies, playing a key role in transforming Vilnius’ skyline through landmark projects such as Europa Tower. Under his leadership, HANNER has expanded across European markets, bringing ambitious architectural visions to life and creating lasting value for cities and communities.

Algimantas Laurinavičius is the CEO of HANNER, bringing extensive expertise in real estate investment, corporate finance, and strategic management. With a PhD in Economics and an academic career at Vilnius University, he combines financial expertise with practical business leadership. At HANNER, he guides investment strategy, oversees major development initiatives, and supports the company’s continued expansion across European markets.
