HANNER earns the Lithuanian real estate developer award for a third consecutive year.

Euromoney’s 2016 real estate survey named HANNER Lithuania’s leading developer for the third consecutive year. The company also retained the top Latvian developer position for a second year.

The survey gathered views from property specialists, developers, investment managers, banks and other businesses about performance over the preceding twelve months.

HANNER also placed first in Lithuania’s mixed-use category. In Latvia, it led the residential, mixed-use and office categories; in Lithuania’s residential category it ranked second. Chairman Arvydas Avulis linked the recognition to employees’ work and the need to sustain quality in future developments.
