HANNER outlines a €60 million investment programme for 2015.
HANNER announced a 2015 investment budget of €60 million, an increase of 50%. Lithuania was allocated €27 million; the remaining €33 million covered Romania and Latvia.
The company planned to continue residential construction in Romania, place greater emphasis on commercial developments in Lithuania and pursue mixed-use projects in Latvia.
Chairman Arvydas Avulis attributed the planned increase to commercial-property demand in Lithuania and Latvia and the company’s longer-term Romanian expansion strategy.
