“Hanner” to start construction of class A+ business centre Business Stadium North

Business Stadium North expands the district with an A+ energy class office development.

Following receipt of a construction permit, HANNER announced a €25 million investment in Business Stadium North. The November 2018 publication scheduled completion for the second quarter of 2020.

The plans covered eight floors and 16,000 square metres in an A+ energy class building. Ground-floor shops, services and restaurants would support flexible offices above, with city-facing terraces on upper levels. Office areas were planned between 150 and 2,000 square metres per floor.

The design involved Square One, NOR3D and Senamiesčio Projektai. The wider Business Stadium redevelopment was expected to exceed €200 million, including €2 million for public spaces and a district-wide underground car park.
