Place Eleven awarded as The Most Sustainable Building in Latvia

Place Eleven receives recognition in Latvia for its approach to sustainable office development.

Riga’s Place Eleven won the commercial-building category in Latvia’s 2018 sustainability competition. The assessment considered architectural quality, materials and how environmental performance supported the building’s long-term value.

The development had also achieved BREEAM New Construction Excellent certification. Its energy performance, transport arrangements and water systems were among the strongest aspects of the assessment.

The 14-storey Class A development comprised approximately 24,000 square metres overall, including 14,500 square metres of offices. Amenities included a restaurant, a landscaped terrace and parking.
