Save for down payment with rent-to-buy scheme

A rent-to-buy programme offers residents a route to build up a deposit while living in their chosen home.

HANNER introduced a rent-to-buy arrangement for homes in Ozo Namai, Bajorų Kalvos and Žvėryno Namai. Customers could move into a selected apartment and defer purchase for up to two years.

If they proceeded with the purchase, rent paid during that period would count towards the deposit. The announced apartment price was the same as for a conventional purchase.

The programme targeted people with reliable earnings who were still building their savings. Buyers could choose between three finish levels and select individual furnishing and lighting options.
