The first Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Vilnius is already opened

The Courtyard by Marriott brand opens its first hotel in the Baltic region, in Vilnius.

Vilnius welcomed the Baltic region’s first Courtyard by Marriott hotel, developed by HANNER with an investment of approximately €20 million. The four-star property offered 199 rooms, conference facilities for almost 250 people and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace.

The hotel combined business facilities with contemporary architecture and interiors created for its Lithuanian location. A mobile-key system allowed guests to use their phones for room access, while shared spaces supported work and meetings.

Apex Alliance Hotel Management operated the property. The A+ energy class hotel was the first completed development in Business Stadium, the district taking shape on the former Žalgiris stadium site.
