A Vilnius office development combines large working spaces with an energy-conscious approach to heating.
HANNER announced plans to begin the City business centre on Žalgirio Street after obtaining construction permissions. The planned investment was €30 million, with delivery anticipated within eighteen months of the June 2016 announcement.
The development would provide approximately 20,000 square metres of B+ offices. Individual floors could offer up to 3,500 square metres, accommodating as many as 400 workers.
The proposal targeted technology companies, service centres and larger employers seeking efficient offices. Energy-saving systems were intended to eliminate separate tenant heating charges. The announced rental range was €11–12 per square metre, below nearby Class A office rates.
